In accordance with Ohio Law, a state income tax credit can be claimed when an individual filer for up to $50.00 and up to $100.00 for joint filers makes a contribution to ANY statewide or legislative candidate. [ORC 5747.29}
What this means is that a person will receive a complete refund of any money they donate to Tom Patton's Campaign up to the specified limits. (50/person or 100/couple per year)
